Abstract

In this study, we briefly review various popular artificial intelligence methods with their benefits, drawbacks and compare their applications in financial domain, medical domain Energy industry, Engineering and construction sector. Our research objective is based on existing literature which assist researchers in selecting and developing AI based on meta-analysis. A systematic study of articles investigating a topic of interest is necessary to do a meta-analysis. A wide range of AI techniques can complicate the process of choosing the best algorithm for specific systems. The results are encouraging and shows that, when it comes to solving financial problems, the aforementioned artificial intelligence approaches perform and are more accurate than traditional statistical techniques, especially when it comes to nonlinear models.
